Angel Limos Rules: Please initial beside each item to signify your acceptance & understanding. ____ All tolls and parking are not included in rental rate. ____ Overtime will be billed in half hour increments at the contracted rate. We can not guaranty overtime will be available please request enough time for your event. ____ Angel Limo is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. ____ All entertainment including DVD, CD’s, etc are to be provided by client. ____ No drugs allowed at any time. ____ No alcohol consumed by any under 21 years of age. Violation will result in termination of service with no refunds. ____ No Smoking inside of vehicle. Fine of $100 per incident $500 for cigarette burns. ____ Unruly or inebriated clients or party will be refused services at drivers discretion with no refunds.
Damage Policy: $100 clean up excessive trash or dirty carpets. $500 to clean up vomit. $500 to $5000 Limo damage ie: breakage of items inside or outside of the vehicle. Plus the down time will be charged.
Cancellation Policy:
Once we reserve the vehicle for your exclusive use, DFW Dallas Limousine service cannot market that vehicle to anyone else, thus DFW Dallas Limousine and limo bus service do not offer any refunds. There is a 100% Cancelation fees once reservation is made and will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the limousine. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. We do not require to have a signed credit Card slip as customer agrees to the Cancelation Policy by providing the Credit Card to make the reservations.
Angel Limos will make the best effort to provide you with services in case of extreme traffic, unforeseen mechanical issues or acts of God we will do our best to provide you with sufficient notice to reschedule and/or provide a replacement limo.

Angel Limo accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.
All cards will be authorized and charged at time of booking or at Angel Limo’s discretion. A signed authorization form and copy of credit card is required to secure your reservation. Credit Card must be presented to driver for imprint at time of service. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please review our refund policy.
